Cybersecurity Data Innovation
As a data scientist on the cybersecurity data innovation team, I work to ideate and rapidly create MVPs to solve other Cybersecurity teams' most pressing problems.

As a data scientist in Truist's Data Science Accelerator Program, I had the opportunity to work on various projects to leverage data to drive business insights and innovation. As a market research intern at Sentinel AI, a Fintech startup offering portfolio management and investment tools for hedge funds and family offices, I conducted market research to understand tje target audience and market size.
José de Mello Saúde is a healthcare company based in Portugal that operates hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The company is part of the José de Mello Group, a large conglomerate with interests in various sectors, including healthcare, telecommunications, and finance. As a data science intern at José de Mello Saúde, I developed a new customer segmentation model using clustering algorithms to drive future marketing strategies for CUF hospitals.

Volunteering
During my time volunteering in rural India, I had the incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local students. As I entered their classrooms, I couldn't help but notice that many of these young students were sitting on the hard, dusty floor with no desks or chairs to support their learning.
I set out to provide these students with the tools they needed to succeed. Through fundraising and collaboration with local organizations, I was able to secure enough resources to furnish four schools with desks and chairs, directly impacting 300+ students that year and many more over the years.
The impact of this small gesture was immediate and profound - students were suddenly able to focus on their studies, engage more actively with their teachers, and even express more confidence in their abilities.
